Moon Maid uses only the best ingredients: Certified Gluten Free Flours, Whole Whey Powder, Pea Protien Isolate, etc. We never skimp on the quality of our ingredients. We maintain high quality ingredient standars to preserve the unique taste, texture and high quality we are known for. Our Baking Mixes are produced in a dedicated gluten free flour mill and packaging facility that is Certified Gluten Free by the International Certification Services, Inc. Our packaging is designed to retain those qualities fresh from our manufcatures (co-packers) to your home.
